Celebrate Liebe with our adventurous beers inspired by natural wonders. The brewery’s different beer styles are visualized with location based illustrations making every drink memorable. Take a trip down Grand Canyon with 286 Miles of Peace, a reflection of the smooth taste of Liebe light lager. When you’re up for it, explore Skip the Weekend, a rich and full experience of Cape Cod in the winter.

Liebe is a self-initiated branding project with a focus on branding and illustration. All work created by me.

The Challenge

Liebe translates to love in German, and my love of travel, good food and drink inspired me to create this fictional branding project.

One of the challenges was to show distinction between beer styles and to reflect the characteristics of the natural wonder the beer is inspired by. When paired together, the beer style and natural wonder would have a shared identity that would go hand in hand.

The naming is inspired by quirky facts of each location to give a playful tone. For example, 286 Miles of Peace is a stretch of the Colorado River that has low cell coverage, and those who eager for it – no disruptions from the outside world where you can relax and enjoy nature.

Travel, Love, Taste

Travel is one of three core values of Liebe. In the United States, there are 63 national parks, all with its own unique story to tell. I chose three natural wonders to draw inspiration from and to help guide my travel motif.
